- Used in Herbal Medicine to relieve symptoms of colds and flus such as fever, headache, cough, sore throat and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract. Ginger is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an expectorant and cough suppressant (antitussive) to help relieve bronchitis as well as coughs and colds. Elderberry and willow bark are used in Herbal Medicine to relieve fever associated with the common cold. 5-HTP is used as a sleep aid.
- Dosage Adults DAY: Take 1 capsule 1-2 times per day. Take 2 hours after a meal. Dosage Adults NIGHT: Take 1 capsule 30-45 minutes before bedtime. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days. For occasional use only.
- Each capsule contains: Medicinal ingredients: DAY: Black Elder [Sambucus nigra] (fruit) 50 mg 64:1 extract equivalent to 3,200 mg, Willow bark [Salix alba] (young branch) 200 mg standardized to 25% salicin, Ginger [Zingiber officinale] 150 mg 10:1 extract equivalent to 1,500 mg, Serrapeptase [Serraptiopeptidase] 100 mg (600 I.U./mg). NIGHT: Black Elder [Sambucus nigra] (fruit) 50 mg 64:1 extract equivalent to 3,200 mg, Thyme [Thymus vulgaris] (leaf) 150 mg 10:1 extract equivalent to 1,500 mg, Lungworth [Pulmonaria officinalis] (leaf) 250 mg 4:1 extract equivalent to 1,000 mg, 5-HTP [Griffonia simplicifolia] (seed) 100 mg."
