Claritin is Doctor and Pharmacist recommended. Claritin can be taken any time of the day. *Use as directed when allergy symptoms first appear, then daily while your allergy triggers remain. - Adults and children (12 years of age and older): One mint flavored tablet daily. The tablet will melt instantly on the tongue - water is not needed. Take on an empty stomach.Adults and children (over 12 years of age) can take this medication for up to 6 months.
