Butternut Squash and Garlic Ready-to-Serve Soup

A bounty of butternut squash in a bowl—no butcher’s knife for chopping required. This creamy comforting soup comes ready to serve. Simply heat on the stove or microwave for less than five minutes. We blended up a bevvy of veggies—of course there’s butternut squash, plus carrots, onions and potatoes too. And a dash of roasted garlic gives it a sweet, nutty finish. Don’t forget to dip in a fresh baguette.
