Brass Ornament Bell

With a classic shape and a clear, melodious tone, this traditional ornament bell is stamped from solid brass, tumbled to a bright finish, and lightly lacquered to resist scuffs and tarnish. It is 1 5/8" tall by 1 5/8" in diameter, with a cast zinc clapper and a red satin ribbon to hang it on a Christmas tree.

Made by a sixth-generation family business in operation in East Hampton, Connecticut, since 1832, and now the last manufacturer in the United States still solely devoted to bellmaking. You’ve likely heard their work – they are famous for supplying the bell that gave Clarence his wings in the movie It’s a Wonderful Life.
