Artisan Water-Mixable Varnish Remover

Artisan Varnish Solvent effectively removes gloss, satin and matte varnishes. It should be applied generously to a cotton wool pad and delicately imbedded into the varnished film. When a touch of pigment is transferred to the cotton, it means that the varnish has been removed.
