Tim Holtz's Alcohol Ink Blending Pen features both a large and small brush tip. It comes empty and is designed to be filled with Tim Holtz Alcohol Blending Solution. Use it to blend and lighten dry Tim Holtz Alcohol Inks that have already been applied to non-porous surfaces like Yupo paper, or to transfer colour from a dry alcohol ink palette. *Store horizontally.
