- 1. Secure long hair with a hair elastic in a bun or ponytail. 2. With both hands, open swim cap, keeping thumbs on the inside of the cap. 3. Tilt head forward and place the front of the cap on forehead. 4. Pull cap backwards towards neck until it reaches below hairline. 5.Tuck ears and any loose hairs under cap. 6. After each use, dry cap inside and out. Sprinkle talcum (baby) powder on the inside to maintain product shape and prevent sticking.
