Though inexpensive, these locking pliers are sturdily made and reliable. The jaws are lined with well-defined teeth for a firm bite on metal fasteners and other hard materials. They lock solidly in place and unlock easily with a squeeze of the release lever.

The set includes two pairs of large pliers that are about 8 1/2" overall, two medium pairs about 7" long, and one small at 5 3/4", plus a pair of long-jaw pliers with 2 1/2" jaws. The large and medium pliers are the standard workhorses you’re likely to use most often, but for reaching into tight spaces where you don’t have clearance for a bulkier tool, the small and long-jaw pliers are invaluable.

Each is made of thick carbon steel with nickel plating for rust resistance and a tough rubberized handle coating for grip. A knurled thumbscrew at the end of one handle lets you adjust the jaw opening for a precise fit on the object they are holding; the range of adjustment varies from just under 1" on the smallest pliers to over 2" on the long-jaw pliers. Supplied with a nylon organizer that can be hung on a workshop wall or used as a tool roll for storage.
