This revolutionary pen combines the precision of liquid eye liner with the style of a pencil. The applicator's clever "trident" shape means the space between each lash can be filled in "dot by dot" to naturally accentuate the eyes and add volume to the lashes. - As a classic eyeliner: tilt the applicator and draw a thin line along the base of the lashes working from the inner corner of the eyes outwards.
