The dual-ended applicator can make a perfectly smooth line or a soft, smudged look. Create stand-out eyes with this dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested, wax-based, waterproof formula that wears for up to 16 hours.
- Long lasting, smudge-proof, waterproof color.
- Using a dark shade: Starting at the outside of eye make a line toward the direction of the tops of your ears and extend the liner to as dramatic as desired. Starting from the outside edge of the eyeliner drawing inward create a triangle like line and fill in. Line the tops of lashes for a for a complete look. Using shade Bright Eyes: Apply the nude eyeliner inside the waterline and to make eyes brighter apply inside tear duct and along inside corner and blend outwards.
