16" Pizza Pan

The secret to making great pizza at home is using a quality pan that crisps the crust just right, and this one does it really well. It has the strength and utility of commercial-grade bakeware but is sized for home use.

Made of heavy-gauge steel with an aluminum coating for rust resistance and better heat transfer, the 16" diameter pan has wire-reinforced rolled edges for strength and rigidity. Ridges on the bottom of the pan allow better heat circulation for even cooking. The baking surface has a non-stick coating made of food-safe, BPA-free silicone.
