- These discreet, convenient, self-adhering pastilles are safe to use during sleep. The time-release xylitol provides long-lasting relief from dry mouth by naturally stimulating the production of saliva and preventing morning cottonmouth. XyliMelts can be used during the day or night. They are made with 100% natural ingredients and contain no gluten, GMO, preservatives and alcohol.
- Place tan adhesive side on the outside of a molar and/or adjoining gums (upper or lower), white side touching cheek. Adults Before bedtime 2 pastilles while sleeping, 1 on each side of the mouth or as needed. Lasts 4 to 6 hours. Daytime 1 to 2 pastilles, 3 to 7 times a day or as needed. Lasts 1 to 3 hours.
