Spider Skimmers

When deep frying, blanching or boiling, a spider skimmer is one of the best tools for carefully lifting food from your pot and draining off the liquid. An improvement on the traditional wire mesh design, these feature a smooth spiralized basket that is gentle on delicate foods.

The small has a 5 3/8" diameter basket, and the large a 7" diameter basket. Each is made entirely from stainless steel with an 11" long solid one-piece handle, and cleans up easily with soapy water or in a dishwasher.
