Silicone Pot Insert

This insert allows you to create an economical alternative to a traditional double boiler. Durable, non-stick and easier to clean than a standard stainless-steel pot or glass bowl, it can be twisted to release dried chocolate while maintaining its flexibility and bouncing back to its original shape.

With a capacity of 6 cups, it fits most standard 6" to 8" diameter pots. To use, just fill your pot with 2" to 3" of water and place the insert inside before bringing to a boil.

Made from LFGB-approved silicone, it can withstand temperatures to 500°F (260°C). Dishwasher safe.
