Where you measure may not always be where you cut – and finding yourself back at the saw without your tape measure can really disrupt your workflow. That’s why we’re offering a set of four identical left-hand tapes to keep around the home or workshop, so you can always find one when you need it – and you can trust they’ll provide consistent, accurate results.
Unlike most tape measures, the tape faces forward when clipped on the left side of your body, and when held in your left hand, it lets you extend the tape with your right hand and mark against a right-to-left scale that is facing you – a configuration that also works perfectly for cut-off work if you’re right-handed.
Made to take a beating, the rugged ABS case has a rubberized over-mold for comfort and grip. Rigid enough to extend over 8' before buckling, the 25' × 1" steel tapes have wear-resistant markings (graduated in 32nds along the first 12" and in 16ths for the remainder) with a matte finish for easy reading.
We also offer a 25' right-hand tape (which, of course, also happens to be useful for left-hand cut-off work). Right- and left-hand versions of a 10' tape are also available, as are metric and combined Imperial/metric tapes in 10'/3m and 25'/7.5m lengths.
