- APPLYING THE WRAP Put the wrap around the waist. The wrap can be worn on several different areas of the body and the side straps extend up to 70 inches for comfortable fit and size adjustability. HOW TO USE YOUR HEATING PAD Make sure Control Connector is securely attached to the Pad Connector. Push both parts together for a tight fit. NOTE: Control must be connected to heating pad before plugging unit into outlet. 1. After control is connected to pad, plug into 120V AC electrical outlet. 2. To turn the pad on, press Push-Button and select from 4 settings by pressing Push-Botton successively to achieve desired heat level. 3. To turn the heat wrap off, you must scroll through the remain heat settings by pressing the Push-Button sequentially.
