This lopper is a good choice for branches up to 1 3/4" in diameter. It is designed with a unique gearing system that multiplies the cutting force to reduce the effort required to cut through thick branches.

The bypass-style head makes clean cuts, leaving no crushed wood that might invite pests or disease, and the pronounced curvature of the lower jaw helps hook and hold the branch while it is being cut.

The blade is steel with a low-friction, corrosion-resistant coating. The fiberglass-coated steel handles have comfortable rubberized grips. The loppers measure 25" long and weigh about 3 lb.
