- HOW TO USE/ARTIST TIPS: 1. To refill, pull upward on your existing shade of Explicit Lipstick until removed. Insert your new refill into the case until you hear a click. 2. To apply, use the tip of the lipstick to hug the shape of the lip line and fill top lip. 3. Press lips together to transfer excess color to the bottom lip. 4. Perfect and fill the bottom lip. 5. Swipe on an additional one to two layers to intensify color for desired opacity.
