Dowel Rods

This is ideal dowel rod for threading or for general cabinetry purposes. Our 3' dowel rod is made from hard maple, oak or cherry. The 1' dowel is made from either maple or birch (depending on supply).

At 8% moisture content, dowels up to 3/4" in diameter are accurate to ±1/64" and 1" dowels are accurate to ±1/32".

If you have humid storage conditions, store your dowel rod in a sealed plastic bag to maintain the size.
