Manic Panic Hair Colour
- Semi-permanent hair color, Crueltyfree and Vegan - For best results, pre-lighten hair to a light blonde using Manic Panic Flashlighting
- For best result , pre-lighten hair to a light blonde using Manic Panic Flashlightning Bleach Kit, deeper shades may give stunning highlight to darker hair. Ready to use. Do not mix with peroxide. Wear protective gloves to avoid staning. Apply to clean, dry hair. Saturate hair thoroughly, avoiding scalp. Cover hair in plastic cap and leave on for at least 30 minutes. Rinse hair in cool water until it runs almost clear. Fades gradually with each shampoo.
