Designed with the strength and utility of commercial-grade bakeware but sized for home use, this cookie sheet is produced in Pennsylvania by USA Pan, a fourth-generation family-owned bakeware company.
Made of heavy-gauge steel with an aluminum coating for rust resistance and better heat transfer, it has ridges on the underside, allowing air to circulate for even top-to-bottom cooking. The baking surface has a non-stick silicone coating (free of PTFE, PFOA and BPA) that releases foods readily; the flat edges on three sides let you easily lift cookies off the sheet after baking and make for easier cleanup.
