DIRECTIONS: Start by applying the Lip Scrub to your lips with gentle side-to-side and small circular motions. Rinse or wipe off. Follow by applying the Lip Balm liberally to lips as often as needed throughout the day. Great on its own or as the perfect base to our Caryl Baker Lip Gloss or Lipstick.
