Lightweight and compact our ankle brace can be worn in most shoes and boots while on the go, walking, biking, exercising, playing sports at work or anywhere extra support is needed.
- Before applying loosen the Velcro at the bottom of the brace and open the elastic laces. Position the brace so the elastic laces are at the front. Slide the foot into the support through the pocket so the elastic band is resting on the shin. Adjust the Velcro tabs on the bottom under the foot so the brace is fit snug against the ankle. Tighten the two elastic laces by pulling across the front of the shin and attach to the base. Apply with proper tension to ensure circulation is not restricted.
