Adjustable Bullnose Edging Bit

This bit makes quick work of adding a bullnose to 3/4" plywood with a solid wood edging. Like a template bit, it has no offset between the cutter and bearing. This eliminates trial and error while positioning a straightedge to guide the cut — simply clamp it along the glue line.

Shims allow use with various thicknesses of nominal 3/4" ply, and the design of the cutting wings permits you to machine a full radiused edge anywhere within its range of adjustment. Because of the bit's large diameter, it is best to use an offset router base to improve stability. Instructions included.

This bit has a 1 5/8” diameter, 0.690" to 0.790" depth, 1/2" shank and 3/8" radius.
