QE Home - Retail In Action

Canada’s First B Corp Certified Bedding Company.

More than an achievement, the certification is a promise and a responsibility: to do better by the environment, lead by example, and truly account for their impact.

Our Sustainability Commitment

The global textile industry is responsible for roughly 10% of all greenhouse gas emissions. Knowing this, and guided by their core values of acting from the heart, doing right by all, and taking charge, QE Home is committed to dramatically reducing its environmental footprint.

By prioritizing sustainable practices, exercising social responsibility, and being transparent in all that they do, they're making a focused shift toward environmental and social responsibility in every area of their business.

Their Materials

Cheap linens, destined for the dump after minimal use, are a major concern when it comes to the environment, while products designed to endure are key for creating the circular economies of the future.

QE Home takes pride in using quality, eco-friendly fibers in all of their core products.

Tencel - Made from renewable raw materials and responsible production processes, our TENCEL™ Modal and Lyocell products have high resource efficiency and low environmental impact to ensure sustainability from forest to fabric.

Bamboo - A rapidly growing natural fiber with low environmental impact, our bamboo blend sheets and duvet covers are an excellent earth-friendly alternative to traditional textiles.

Organic Cotton - A GOTS-Certified choice (more on that below), our Organic Cotton bedding require less resources to grow than comparable materials, making the fabric an environmentally-sound choice that feels as good as it looks.

Linen - Derived from a natural fiber renowned for its minimal impact, their Linen Bedding require less water and fewer chemicals to produce compared to conventional materials.

Recycled Polyester - minimizing the use of virgin plastics, their Less Waste, Less Trace™ line of recycled polyester products helps divert single-use plastic waste away from landfills by upcycling them into long-lasting comfort.
