As part of our One Planet initiative, we are hosting a Shoe Donation Drive in support of Soles4Souls Canada.

A pair you no longer need can help kick poverty to the curb and create opportunities for those in need. Donated shoes will go to the Soles4Souls Canada4Opportunity program to help entrepreneurs around the world build small businesses and support their families through the sale of shoes. Upon receiving shoes 87% of entrepreneurs improved quality education for their families, 92% of entrepreneurs improved family health and nutrition.

What Shoes Should I Donate?

We encourage gently used athletic shoes, because for many recipients their primary transportation is their feet. However, we gladly accept any style and any size of shoe.

Where to Donate? 

Place your shoes in the Soles4Souls Canada donation boxes with 4 convenient locations in Centre Court, Journeys, Browns across from H&M and Foot Locker, during your next visit and while you are donating your gently used shoes be sure to check out our fun activation times below. Donate your gently used shoes to receive a free flash design on a new pair.

About the Artist: 

My Name is Robert Lariviere ( @FALLDOWNG ). I am a Husband, a Dad and a full time local artist. Originally from Cornwall and moved to Ottawa after high school. I have always enjoyed drawing and have been fascinated with street art. My career began working Retail at a young age, this gave me the opportunity to network and meet Local Artists in the community.

In Terms of getting started in street art, seeing murals around the city and meeting artist inspired me to want to paint - I just wanted to paint walls, paint for fun and showcase my work, meet Artists alike and form a collective within the Community of Ottawa. Hosting club nights to promote the art scene, bring people together and sell our work (i.e The Collective Seen / House of Paint / Waves ).

Ottawa produces a lot of very talented artists, and I'm blessed to be part of it.
