Global Carving Knife, Set of 2

Global® 2 Piece Carving Set; Cromova 18 Sanso Grade Stainless Steel, hand forged ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56-58º, perfectly balanced, prominent 1/4" edges ground straight to a point, light weight, stainless steel handles are seamlessly constructed and textured for grip, blade resists chipping, rust, stains and corrosion. A Carving Knife is used to slice thin cuts of meat such as poultry, roasts, hams and other large cooked meats. The blade is thinner than a Chef's Knife for more precise slices of meat.
