- Shake bottle before use. Infants 0-12 months old (as a source of omega-3 fatty acids for the maintenance of good health): Using the dropper provided, drop 2 mL once daily into milk, breast milk, formula in a bottle or directly onto baby’s tongue for baby to swallow. *Children 1 year and older: Drop 2-4 mL once daily into a cold beverage or onto a spoon for child to swallow. Store unopened between 15°C and 25°C and refrigerate after opening. Keep away from children.
