Best Buy's Monthly Subscription program merges the desire to upgrade with the need to lessen their carbon footprint. With this program, you can choose a premium laptop, and after 2 years, you get to decide if you want to keep it or trade it in for a new one, at which point they will refurbish or recycle your old laptop.

Best Buy Protection

Keep your tech devices and appliances working like new for longer with Best Buy Protection. Their Protection Plans go beyond manufacturer warranties, providing physical damage coverage, repairs, and much more so you can reduce the need to replace the products you already have.

Trade-in program

Trading in your old device allows Best Buy to put the device into the reuse or recycling cycle, which contributes to the responsible handling of old electronics and ensure minimal waste. If you have a working device that you no longer need, simply bring it in to one of their stores to see if you can trade it in for a gift card that can be used towards your next purchase.

Battery and electronics recycling

Best Buy wants to make it easy for all their customers to recycle responsibly and limit the toxic pollution and e-waste in landfills. Best Buy's recycling program is available at all Best Buy stores across Canada so that everyone can recycle batteries and a list of select electronics, even if you didn't buy them from them.
